Presents and cake...

Opening up her present...."What could it be?""Oh my God! A DS!" She was so surprized....as you can see...
Something she has wanted for a long time but was not expecting it at all.

Chloe's 11th birthday

My beautiful Chloe,
When you smile you light up my world.
I still remember the first time you smiled,
And how it made me feel.
I still remember the first time I held you,
And I treasure every moment I still get to hold you.
You were my 17th birthday present
And you are the best gift given to me
That I could ever wish for.
Happy Birthday!

beach fun

Our family from Germany (9 ppl) came to visit us for the weekend and for Chloe's birthday. This is our first day at the beach. When we left home, it was raining and thundering. But we prayed and by the time we got to the beach the weather was beautiful and we had sun the whole time.

Cute, sweet, Schlomo

Please pray for my mom

My sister sent me this today:

Please pray for Mom. Due to menopause she gets sick but is usually ok in 3 days. The first day vomiting and headaches, the second day she is better, and the third she is better and up and about. But this time, after 4 days she was still vomiting and having migraines so they took her to the hospital and they put her on the ivy drip. She has to go again tomorrow too. The doctor was concerning and was saying that he wants to do a cat scan just in case it could be cancer since continual and regular vomiting and migraines are symtoms of cancer.

I know I shouldn't worry and that the Lord is in control. He will keep my mom in His hands and will care for her and heal her. We also have prayer and the keys to call on. Please pray for her that she will get better and that if she does this cat scan that there will be no signs of cancer. Thank you so much!

Happy Birthday Dad!

Sorry this is 2 days late. I didn't forget about your birthday, I just didn't manage to post until today. Happy 60th year! I admire you so much, Dad. You've made it through over 35 yrs. of Family life and you are still alive and vibrant as ever.
I love you more than words can express and I am so thankful for you. Hearing from you always makes my day and I'm very thankful for your emails and communications. Sorry that I'm not the most faithful in keeping in touch but you are always thought of and we pray for you daily.
I pray that the Lord gives you the desires of your heart this coming year. I love you, Dad. Happy Birthday!

Answered prayer...

My dad wrote:

Makoto rewrites data.

When Makoto left the hospital with this accelerated phase leukemia to come home the Doctor’s did a bone marrow test and 12 out of 13 were cancer cells. Well after his latest bone marrow test, 20 out of 20 were normal which equals 0 that is zero. His leukemia is now in cytogenetic remission with zero growth and his blood count is OK The Doctors are totally baffled but happy and even though he needs to continue under doctor’s care and medication, the trips will be only once a month for now. They said they will still need to keep checking for at least 2 years and monitor against any flare up or recurrence.

Desperate prayer in the power of the keys can overcome all odds, reverse damage, and bring complete victory in even the most seemingly impossible situations.

The battle is not over but round one goes to the power of the keys and your prayers for which we are very thankful. As of the last check-up the doctors were still talking bone marrow transplant as we were still not for it. They go by data so they were going to prove it was necessary, as by data, accelerated phase leukemia equals bone marrow transplant. New data, miracles still happen, before they said remission from the accelerated phase was impossible. A supper birthday present for my big 60.

Cytogenetic Remission based on the genetic and chromosomal study of the bone marrow.
Remission: This term is heard very frequently. It refers to the response of a cancer to the treatment. It dose not mean that a cancer is cured.

Pls. continue to pray for his complete healing. With the keys nothing is impossible!

Happy Birthday!

I haven't spoken to you in over 2 years, but you are thought of everyday and I pray for you daily.
I love you and miss you more than I can say.
As each year passes and as I watch my kids grow up, I realize how much you gave to us kids and how much you gave to me personally. I am so thankful for you!

Gymnastic Competition

Chloe and Veronica was able to participate in the yearly gymnastic competition here in Pontedera, Pisa. They did very well considering they are in their first year.

Their performance...

Waiting...(we waited for hrs.)

Their team won 3rd place!!! (The moment they were called and got on that box, I felt so proud of my daughter. All the time spent in driving them there and back this past year and their work put into it was rewarded in that short moment.)
