Cinque Terre - 5 lands

Friends of Angelo (Emanuele and his wife Elena), who live in Massa, invited us to visit over the weekend. On Sat. they took us to Cinque Terre. We went to one of the 5 places called Monterosso al Mare. It's such an amazing place, and the sea is so beautiful and clean. I would love to go back there again one day and see all the 5 places.

By the beach, where we were sitting, in a window on the wall, there was this cute little dog just sitting there observing all masses. She was so cute I just had to take a few pics of her.

In the town, Emanuele treated us to an amazing bottle of wine. We sat at this artistically rustic enoteca (wine bar) and enjoyed the company, the wine and the delicious olives and capers (I never ate such big and good tasting capers before this).

The beautiful sea...
The water was amazingly clean and clear. A bit cold but it was wonderful swimming in it. I just love being at the sea so much!

They had these beautiful purple flower bushes everywhere.
